Seems like a lot of tards lately are skipping right to the victory lap after their failure. Why am I surprised? I shouldn't be... but yet I am. The irony.
1. But I *checkmated* on the OP.
1. But I *checkmated* on the OP.
Yep... yet another "Victory is mine!"
Getting down to RDean territory here. We now have "truckers must die" to add to 6% BRAACK!
Sorry bout that,
1. But something horrific has happened to a bunch of bus riders going home to China Town NYC.
2. Seems that a semi-trucker was involved and took off.
3. Could of the trucker was trying to run this bus off the road?
4. If he did, it worked, killing 14 innocent people.
5. Coming home from an evening of gambling.
6. Some had thier heads cut off.
7. Was this murder?
8. Or just some accident?
9. The cops think the driver may have intended for this to happen.
10. Some one must of saw something then.
11. CHECKMATE!!!!

"Reporting from New York
The driver of a tour bus that crashed on an expressway early Saturday, killing at least 14 people, said he lost control after being clipped by a tractor-trailer that didn't stop as the bus veered across the road, tipped onto its side and slid hundreds of feet before being sliced nearly in half by a metal post.
On Saturday evening, state police said they were questioning the driver of a tractor-trailer who had been in the vicinity of the pre-dawn crash and were inspecting his vehicle, which was found in two places: the tractor was in Westchester County, north of New York City, and the trailer was found on Long Island.
Maj. Michael Kopy of the New York State Police said the question of the tractor-trailer's possible involvement in the crash was one of many to be resolved in what he described as a "criminal investigation in the very infant stages."
Police also are investigating witness claims that the driver of the bus, which had left a casino in Connecticut at 3:45 a.m. for a nearly three-hour trip back to New York's Chinatown, was driving too fast or might have been fatigued or distracted. Kopy said investigators had gone to the Mohegan Sun casino to speak with people who may have seen the bus driver, and they also planned to view video from a surveillance camera inside the bus.
The driver, Ophadell Williams, 40, of New York, was among more than a dozen people who remained hospitalized Saturday night. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening, but several people remained in critical condition with injuries that included brain trauma, severed limbs, skull fractures and internal injuries. Passengers' ages ranged from about 20 to 50, and most were from Chinatown, where there are several pickup and drop-off points for discount-fare buses that make regular runs to popular gambling spots such as Atlantic City and the Mohegan Sun.
"I've been driving a limo a lot of years; I've witnessed a lot of accidents but I've never seen something of this magnitude," said Homer Martinez, who was driving in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 when the crash occurred in the southbound lanes. Martinez said he and other drivers pulled over and rushed across the highway to try to help, only to find unspeakable carnage."

well stated. I'm out as well. This needs to be thrown in the Romper Room or Conspiracy Theories tout suite.
And on that note, I'm abandoning a thread I though had died a natural death before CWN went all necromancer on us.

I honestly can't believe how everyone's taking this wind-up so seriously, because that's what this all is - a wind-up. The idea that chesswarsnow is going to start shooting at lorry drivers if they talegate him is hilarious.
James, I don't how you've strung them all along for this long, but at any rate, you've made me genuinely laugh in the process. Fantastic stuff.
Sorry bout that,
1. And go tell this mother how she is crazy.
2. Tell her, that truck drivers can do no evil.
3. Tell her and other suffering people like her, that her fears and real sufferings are not needed.
4. You people have not run into an evil trucker, *I have*.

"NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (WUSA) -- He'd been deported and convicted of drug offenses, then returned to the country.
Tuesday evening, two years after Marco Flores Fuentes ran over and killed a bicyclist near DuPont Circle with his garbage truck, he is apparently still driving.
Ruth Rowan still grieves for the daughter who just launched a career in Washington she'd hoped would change the world.
The grieving mother of the bicyclist talked to the media on Tuesday for the very first time. "

Sorry bout that,
1. Now where was I?
2. Truckers have an advantage, and if they knew that some drivers had the *equalizer* a gun, then they would automatically give people in cars the respect they deserve.
3. I'm talking families with several children, single girls, men, just all sorts of drivers get killed because of *the bad truckers*.

My boyfriend is a truck driver. And I must say I take great offense to #2. You want them to give the car drivers the respect they deserve...when do the truck drivers get the respect they deserve? Everything you buy at the store - EVERYTHING, food, clothing, gas, even the sh*t to build your house - came on a truck.
Every day I listen to my boyfriend get pissed off at some idiot in a car that has decided that he can get two feet off my boyfriend's back bumper and then get pissed that my boyfriend won't go faster. Or they get two inches in front of him and slam on the brakes. Or speed up when he tries to pass them because they are going so slow, or speed up when they're merging so they can get in front of him and then slow down right in front of him.
The advantage you claim truckers have is not an advantage at all. Yes, they are in a truck much bigger than your car. That truck takes much longer to stop than your car. And perhaps, instead of attacking the trucker, you could instead remember the fact that it takes him longer to stop, and use your head to realize that maybe you shouldn't cut him off, slam on your brakes, speed up when he tries to pass, or slow down right in front of him.
Now, I'm off to tell my trucker how wonderful he is for putting up with...well, I won't say exactly what I think of people like you, but something tells me he'll be in here later to tell you.

1. So your saying *all* truckers are angels?
2. You've flipped out on some drugs huh?
3. Get off the dope.
4. Some truckers are total pros, and I respect them, for driving in a straight line, obeying the rules of the road, and having consideration for me, in my tiny car, compared to a big rig.
5. Your bf might be a pro, but haul him in here so he can flip out too, its cool with me.
6. I am sure he being a trucker has seen some real morons behind the wheel of some rigs, and perhaps he's even seen some bad ol *evil truckers*.
7. I am sure I am not alone.
8. Like I said when I started this thread, I have shared the road with *two evil truckers* who more or less tried to use their truck as a weapon.
9. Thou I have not spoken in detail just what took place on either incendent, I will, one day.
10. And I am sure he see's many cars doing stupid stuff too, but this thread isn't about them, sometimes when these stupid people in cars do stupid things, they wipe out, thats for sure, but truckers should not fiscilitate it.
