3. Could of the trucker was trying to run this bus off the road?
4. If he did, it worked, killing 14 innocent people.

The driver, Ophadell Williams, 40, of New York, was among more than a dozen people who remained hospitalized Saturday night. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening, but several people remained in critical condition with injuries that included brain trauma, severed limbs, skull fractures and internal injuries. Passengers' ages ranged from about 20 to 50, and most were from Chinatown, where there are several pickup and drop-off points for discount-fare buses that make regular runs to popular gambling spots such as Atlantic City and the Mohegan Sun.

"I've been driving a limo a lot of years; I've witnessed a lot of accidents — but I've never seen something of this magnitude," said Homer Martinez, who was driving in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 when the crash occurred in the southbound lanes. Martinez said he and other drivers pulled over and rushed across the highway to try to help, only to find unspeakable carnage."

I think you are spot on ..This was a deliberate act on the part of the truck driver.
i think there should be no trial. He should be skinned alive and set on fire.

I have a different take, Ive read all his postings on this issue, and I believe he has a chip on his shoulder against truck drivers. He's not alone, many Americans do not like sharing the road with big rigs and act very aggressively toward trucks even though they are a fraction the size. Chesswarsnow is an extreme case, actually wanting to shoot a trucker driver for some perceived offense. If you read his postings carefully he appears to be teetering on the brink and looking for sympathy from somebody towards his views so that he can feel justified in carrying out his desire. The overwhelming feedback to him has been to discourage taking that action, hopefully he will remain sane and just try to be more considerate toward the trucking industry when driving.

My boyfriend is a truck driver. And I must say I take great offense to #2. You want them to give the car drivers the respect they deserve...when do the truck drivers get the respect they deserve? Everything you buy at the store - EVERYTHING, food, clothing, gas, even the sh*t to build your house - came on a truck.

Every day I listen to my boyfriend get pissed off at some idiot in a car that has decided that he can get two feet off my boyfriend's back bumper and then get pissed that my boyfriend won't go faster. Or they get two inches in front of him and slam on the brakes. Or speed up when he tries to pass them because they are going so slow, or speed up when they're merging so they can get in front of him and then slow down right in front of him.

The advantage you claim truckers have is not an advantage at all. Yes, they are in a truck much bigger than your car. That truck takes much longer to stop than your car. And perhaps, instead of attacking the trucker, you could instead remember the fact that it takes him longer to stop, and use your head to realize that maybe you shouldn't cut him off, slam on your brakes, speed up when he tries to pass, or slow down right in front of him.
