what so bad about socialism

That some of them are arrogantly unaware of their ignorance.

if so you would not be so afraid to point out the best example of the ignorance. What does your fear teach us??
I wonder what you're like in real life.
.

argumentum ad hominem from typical liberal without IQ for substance. Why not become conservative then you won't always look stupid and be reduced to personal attack.
;
Wow, the phrase "I wonder what you're like in real life" turns you into a drama queen.

This, after your insults about the intelligence of anyone who ever disagrees with you.

Too bad.

You probably already know that you're an idiot......But citing a fellow moron who writes for WND as your source of "political history" shows yet ANOTHER level of imbecility by half-witted right wingers.

Relax, Aristotle belongs to the Greek school of thought...Good/Bad, no nuance.
Aristotle didn't have the scientific equipment required to appreciate nuance or he would have been an Independent.

Aristotle didn't have the scientific equipment required to appreciate nuance or he would have been an Independent.

he was hardly independent of intelligence. Plato wrote The Republic about the perfectly organized state with an all powerful govt while Aristotle disagreed and sought to discover natural laws through observation and rational discourse. He reasoned that the state was to support natural laws and traditions rather than impose its ideas upon us like Hitler Stalin Mao and FDR etc.

I realize that.
I also realize that as a philosopher he led a life of asceticism unlike his patrons.
He also "realized" that a stone would fall faster than a feather.
He had a whole lot of other "realization" that would have suppressed your beloved technological advances.
But you already knew that.
Real philosophers are supposed to be non-materialistic, unlike todays supposed Conservatives.

You realize that Aristotle was the first Conservative? Well good for you!! Can you share it with Nat? He is on the illiterate side too!

ONLY idiots would associate Aristotle with conservative policies....But a forum such as this is NOT the place to educate morons.
Keep thinking what you wish.........and if you really want to be brazen, read Aristotle's Ethics.

ARISTOTLE is considered the FATHER of CONSERVATISM, and as such I shall leave you with a few philosophical ideals that make up his ..

Our Space and Moon races are not illusory; and, our technology development from those endeavors, prove socialism bails out capitalism everyday.
These weren't conducted in a vacuum, but the government works with impunity to market force, not withstanding. Just because they're not a factor in this way there is an illusory vacuum of market forces.

I don't see space exploration, environment, military and the like as social programs. I say that capitalism produced our space race and a significantly more deliberate, socialist, government-lead program produced sputnik.
no dear; Capitalism has yet to discover a profit motive to go where socialism has already been, last millennium.
Can you explain this? Is it that you think capitalist societies don't have government or something? How do you think the space program was funded? Do you think the US just printed out as much as they needed to pay or were there banks in your understanding?
dear, only the right is usually that clueless and that Causeless. Socialism bails out capitalism all the time. Government is socialism.
Marx and other's see this differently, that government preexists socialism, and that a protracted, capitalist right of passage has to be followed for socialism to exist. Most people, myself included, see socialism as an economic system.

Philosophers were real skinny guys who couldn't get a real job.

I already stated such...
Philosophers were skinny, lazy ass Liberals who lived off of rich patrons.
It doesn't mean they weren't bright.
They just didn't do anything for a living.
Sort of like today's MBAs.
