So Dow Jones has closed at 18,312 this year. It is at 17,440, 7/27. It only needs 960 more points, 5.5% from today, to be in a fully corrected position! That is different from a Missionary. . .unless it's not(?)! The Socialists in China can do a lot better than that, in only one day: 8% or more!

The shift to a consumer economy of 1.5 bil. or more can be said to require still more planning.
