These guys are so far into the bubble of liberalism that they can't detect the edges of the bubble, never mind seeing outside of it. Jon Stewart as moderator of Meet the Press, wow. That guy is just a partisan tool it's unbelievable that he was supposed to be the SOLUTION to the biased David Gregory.

Before choosing Todd, NBC News president Deborah Turness held negotiations with Jon Stewart about hosting Meet the Press, according to three senior television sources with knowledge of the talks. One source explained that NBC was prepared to offer Stewart virtually “anything" to bring him over. "They were ready to back the Brink's truck up," the source said. A spokesperson for NBC declined to comment. James Dixon, Stewart's agent, did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

Jon Stewart is brilliant and has a phenomenal grasp on politics and world affairs. It takes that to be so successful with The Daily Show.

Todd has sure turned out to be a Sunday morning snore. It's been painful to watch thus far but interesting too as the guy struggles to find his way with the format, which last week included a guided tour around his new studio set. Solid TV journalism for sure.

Another democrat who gets his news from Comedy Central and his basic political views from the cartoon "Family Guy.."

And you wonder why the grown ups think you are all a bunch of fucking retards.....

Meanwhile, back in the real world, Chuck Todd actively campaigns for a Republican senator, and the networks have zero problem with it.

If you can't figure it out, that displays some of the wild conservative bias of the mainstream media.

Stewart, born Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz, isn't even honest enough to use his real name. Wiki bills Stewart as a "political satirist" and a "stand up comedian" . With those credentials he would fit in perfectly with NBC's agenda although it would dishonor the legacy of honest guys like Russert.

How can NBC ever be considered a serious news agency when they try to get A FUCKING COMEDIAN to host one of their most prestigious and long running shows that portrays itself to be hard hitting political news journalism.

What a joke
