There is no loop hole in internet sales of firearms. In order to ship said weapon to the purchaser the seller must use a Federally licensed dealer who must send it to another federally licensed dealer. When the Buyer arrives to pick the weapon up all forms required by law must be filled out. A background check is conducted at that time.

As for Gun shows all federally licensed dealers working a Gun show MUST conduct background checks on anyone they sell a firearm to. The only exception is a private individual selling his private weapon. And a booth cost around 150 to 200 dollars, joe blow isn't gonna be selling a couple privately owned weapons at that cost. Further anyone that routinely does buy a booth and sells mutliple firearms will be investigated by the law and forced to either cease and desist or get a federal license. ATF frowns on anyone selling more then a couple guns a year without a license.

Don't generally watch videos if you have a point summarize it.

Thats not entirely true. If you found a gun in your state you can just go pick it up.
The seller however needs to take reasonable caution(check DL)to make sure the gun is not going across state lines.

First off, that wasn't a police investigation, it was a private investigation ordered and paid for by Bloomberg. The, so called, private sellers are actually unlicensed "dealers" who take advantage of a legal interpretation of laws in these states only, these states need to tighten up their laws forcing these "dealers" to get a FFL or close down shop.

If the anti-gun activists were really, really serious about their agenda wouldn't they want to get to the bottom of the very strange Fast/Furious shipment of over 3,000 illegal weapons to Mexican drug cartels? The alleged caring left might ignore the carnage estimated at between 300 and 500 innocent Mexicans killed by weapons authorized by the Attorney General but how do they justify or ignore a US Border Patrol agent murdered by weapons furnished by the US government?
