Just who are these “experts”? And, I'm willing to be there are a few here just as expert who have their own predictions.

Some of the best predictions have been found in Sci-Fi books.

Outside of that, 2025 is not that long from now..11 years.
A pretty safe prediction is the net will continue to interweave with our lives in ways we see now, and ones we haven't thought of yet. Wearable devices are pretty much certain, better "smart car" devices and maybe by then a better/more secure way to exchange currency than a debit card.

Exactly, then after that those wearable devices will just be integrated at birth. We will have microchips built in our brains and different procedures will occur to make us superhumans, everyone will be able to obtain surgery to beautify themselves and enhance physical abilities.

It will be like that movie WALL-E. Everyone will be too fat to move because they are all on the net 24/7.
Kids won't know what a toy is, either. Or what "outside and play" means.
