If you are used to a number pad, you can touch type it. When I was a phone man, I never had to look at a phone dial to dial a number, all I had to do was to locate the Zero and the other keys fell to my fingers.

When I was manager of the OTC pharmacy at Walmart, we had these folks do inventory like that every year. Super stressful times.

I dunno how accurate they are, but they sure were fast.

He is taking inventory and working a ten-key by touch.

And people who do this on the daily are very accurate.

The rerouthers at the USPS do it by ten key pad without looking and do it amazingly well.
