What is a fish stick?

INGREDIENTS: Pollock fillets, batter coating, canola oil.

Pollock fillets
Pollock, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).

Batter coating
Rice flour, water, wheat flour, beer (water, barley malt, corn, rice, hops, yeast), tapioca dextrin, modified corn starch, salt, whey, dextrose, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum, natural flavor.

Canola oil
Beer Battered Fish Fillets

I love them. No longer eat them and it makes me sad.

too much weird shit..in the fish and in the batter.
 
A fish stick is in the same food category as a Chicken McNugget. It is a blob of processed meat like substance that resembles nothing found in nature. It should only be fed to your kids on a very limited basis.
 
Yeah, I loved these when I was a kid. Fish sticks and kill-Aid. Think I need to buy some shrimp.
