3. hold a high-ranking seat in teh Presidential cabinet

4. have a good life with a good family, when the time is right.

2. Buy an island.

3. Start my own government with me as dictator for life.

4. Declare war on the United States.

5. Surrender promptly after the first nasty diplomatic note arrives.

6. Apply for foreign aid.

7. Pay off the investors.

8. Keep the island.

9. Threaten to go over to the Chinese of the US doesn't send more foreign aid.

he wasn't 99 but one of my sailors was with some married woman in perth, australia and got run out of the house stark naked by a jealous husband... the police picked him up as he was running down the street naked...
