They do it piecemeal....like universal background checks......how does that work? If can cost 200 dollars to do a background check in some places....so if you are selling a gun for 200 dollars....you now cost the buyer 400 dollars.....it is a tax on guns and an attempt to limit people with limited resources from buying and owning guns....

And it goes on and on....magazine limits......by making magazine limits 10 rounds...they ban any pistol that takes 15-10 rounds...without ever having to actually ban the pistol.....
