What Biden, Calif, liberals, all in favor of electric vehicles (EVs) don't tell you!

I'm not sure why this is not publicized because the FACT is if the USA car/truck vehicles become EVs, there will be a massive electricity shortage.
Even today Calif announced:

California Faces Summer Blackouts from Climate Extremes

Energy planners are working to increase the grid’s reliability to keep the power on during droughts, wildfires and heat waves
And yet they and their minions are plunging ahead for EVs to replace gas.
Evidently they aren't aware of this startling enormous number 8.3 trillion kWh shortage in the USA with EVs.

Don’t ask California

Wind, solar, nuclear, and new innovations to produce energy.

But much more important is the reduction of the need for such a large amount of energy.

Some ideas: Less cars containing 1 or 2 people, much higher occupancy under one roof, mass transit, staying close to home attitudes, online shopping from home, ....................................

Nobody is going to like it all that much to start with, but they'll come to accept it and like it even more than the present.
You first. Move to a 150 square foot apartment crammed into a tenement in a teeming slum, walk everywhere. Heat to 60 degrees in the winter. Air conditioning is, of course, not necessary. Unless and until you do that, kindly shut your cake flap, hypocrite!

In what way, Mr. Ignorant?

I've seen the destruction. EV's are even worse. You wouldn't know because you glum on to every tidbit that the propaganda machines pump into your head. You don't even question it. You're one of their useful tools.

A 2021 article where he re-hashes what he wrote in 2019? 🙄 All of this is obsolete when they are now recyclable.

In 2019, The New York Times NYT -1% published a long article about toxic old solar panels and batteries causing “harm to people who scavenge recyclable materials by hand” in poor African communities.

California is going to close its last remaining nuclear power plant in the next couple of years. They are making their own problems worse.

OK... Stupid alcoholic..guess you didn't read the screen shot of the spreadsheet that CONTAINS the links!

Lol

Sam Vanderhoof, a solar industry expert and chief executive of Recycle PV Solar, says that only 1 in 10 panels are actually recycled, according to estimates drawn from International Renewable Energy Agency data on decommissioned panels and from industry leaders.

The looming challenge over how to handle truckloads of waste, some of it contaminated, illustrates how cutting-edge environmental policy can create unforeseen problems down the road.

“The industry is supposed to be green,” Vanderhoof said. “But in reality, it’s all about the money.”

You better hope they do not construct giant solar farms around the world, unless you can somehow justify sending massive amounts of heat back into the atmosphere.

Giant desert solar farms might have unintended climate consequences

Turning deserts into solar energy farms could raise temperatures across the globe and cause devastating droughts in the Amazon.

The rest is returned to the environment as heat. The panels are usually much darker than the ground they cover, so a vast expanse of solar cells will absorb a lot of additional energy and emit it as heat, affecting the climate.

If these effects were only local, they might not matter in a sparsely populated and barren desert. But the scale of the installations that would be needed to make a dent in the world’s fossil energy demand would be vast, covering thousands of square kilometers. Heat re-emitted from an area this size will be redistributed by the flow of air in the atmosphere, having regional and even global effects on the climate.

Didn't watch the video, I'm betting. Low carbon footprint and 94% recyclable.

That was the old solar panels. New ones are recyclable.

Try to keep up.
