I don't know why the owner of the Redskins can't figure it out. Just changing the name to the NATIVE AMERICANS would not only get everybody off his back, but probably make the team more popular. They wouldn't even have to change their helmets.

Snyder is a prick. It doesn't matter what the Native Americans think about the name "Redskins". Now that the NA's have a lot of money with the casinos why don't they just buy the damned team and call it whatever they want? Naming rights cost moola.

OR if it means so much to them just make Snyder an offer he cannot refuse. They could put thier loser cash where thier loser mouths are and just pay Snyder enough to switch team names.

What Snyder REALLY should do if he is concerned about popularity is fix that sand lot he calls a football field. He needs to fit a turf in that stadium or put some good grass field down. His crappy field has caused and cost many teams including his own some serious injuries.

Huggy, the Indians don't give a shit about the name, they don't care. They even attend games. This is nothing but politics.
