we will know Sunday..

Come on down Ralphy boy you are the next contestant on "Which LIb is Right".

Is he behind door #1, door #2, or door #3 !!!!

Damn GWB get luckier by the day !!! :D

Go George !!!

Ralph came across to me as a bitter man...my take on his views would be to trash everything and start over...while noble, not very wise....

If I was Terry McAuliffe right now i'd tell John Kerry you are getting no more money from us, we're not in the business of flushing dollars down the shitter, we're saving the money for the next round of congressional elections because Ralph just elected Bush all by himself. Its over boys and girls, start uncorking the Dom Perignon in Crawford, TX!

Isn't it funny that the people that Ralph hates most(Republicans) his entry into the race guarantees their victory. LOVE IT!

:cheers2:

This is good news for the GOP.

I wonder why Nader is doing this, over than the attention-whoring aspect.

Could he be maneuvring for the Dem Veep spot?

I have to wonder if the democrats, be urging him not to run made it almost like he HAD to run.....how dare someone tell someone that they cant run for office...And whats with the "Bring it on" from Kerry???? does he think he is in the drivers seat???

Yes finally. WE see the light at the end of the tunnel. Go Ralph. In fact I fell like dancing.

Before you Republicans start celebrating I'd remind of you two things:

1.) Ralph is running as an Independent and the Green Party is pissed at him. He won't have their existing very strong organization backing him as he did in 2000. He will also have a very difficult time getting on the ballot in many states.

2.) The Democrats have an ace up their sleeve, and many of you disagree with me about what it is. It is Howard Dean and his organization. They have the ability to bring in younger voters who might support Nader.

Ralph Nader will have little impact this election year. Certainly he won't have the impact this time he had in 2000. He also hinted that if it looked like his candidacy was going to help ensure Bush's election, he would consider dropping out of the race.

Hey Acludum,
guesse what nader will pull votes from the dem's. and he'll pull them in swing states. He responds to the people who are disalusioned with the dem's and the Rep's. It means that in some states the super liberal(ie socialist) is going to shy away from Kerry(let's not kide ourselfs, this is the man the dem's are going to elect) and then it's left kerry vs. central bush. Bush wins.
Also howard dean as done more to the dem party to pull it way left than another other canadite in my resent memory. Notice how he hasn't endorsed any one yet. The "Deneac's" will not vote for Kerry or Edwards. There are the problem, in dean's eyes, with the dem party. Both of the men voted for the war, something the dean camp is gunghoe against. This election will cause the dem's to shift father left in the generals allowing bush to soak up the center.
Hell yeah, don't look a gift horse in the mouth Aclu... Things are looking bad for the Dem's today!!!:D

As far as Nader is concerned, the joy of him entering the race will be short lived.

Last night, I heard that he is entering the race, however, will remove himself if it tips the election towards the Republicans. Given that statement, I expect his candidacy for Pres will be over before its really begun.

Even if he pulls out at the end and all his votes go to kerry, he still will have served the purpose of pulling kerry to the left (ie. keeping him honest). At the very least, his presence will keep the debate honest. it's about the values america is founded upon and how we will protect and expand the world territories governed by those principles going forward.

Only you can let America fall....

Only you ....

left kerry vs. central bush. Bush wins.
Hey guess what kerry is going to have to go left to get those nader votes. When he does that it will leave the center up for grabs. Bush will come in like a hawlk and steal away any chance Kerry had for victory. Also Most american's don't believe a word of kerry's bile ridden garbage that the man spews from his fork tounged mouth. Good ridence to bad rubbish. I hope he pulls a Gephart and drops out of politics for ever. Mabey with luck we might get a conservative in Mass. Yeah that would be a first. Damn Kennedy's.
