We need the Bricker Amendment to protect the constitution from a president who'll bypass it with treaties

ah, the Bricker Amendment. It needs to be dusted off and reintroduced as soon as it has a snowball's chance of passing. we currently have one world government with the United Nations in fact if not in name. we can do better, my friends

Edit: Senate has to ratify treaties. If a treaty is so out of step with our constitution, I'm guessing courts could step in, no? Also, House sets appropriations, so any support for a treaty or an agreement would need their continued support, too. Lack of appropriations support by the GOP is one reason why Bubba's nuclear framework with North Korea fell apart in the 1990s.
