Clearly everything Obama did was to the detriment of the United States.

One example: Letting 5 terrorist leaders out of Guantanamo Bay in exchange for an American deserter.

That really amounts to treason. Clearly cut.

As far as Obama being incompetent, I wouldn't go that far, just not very motivated and possessing of much work ethic.

That's a good thing in the citizen's case, he would have done more damage.
