A recorded conversation between two witnesses of the Brown shooting seems to support a case of defense for the officer. It matches statements given by another person who said that Brown was the aggressor.

Of course, not all facts are in, but this is interesting. Watch the video and listen to what some bystanders were saying at the time.

A third piece of the puzzle would be the toxicology report. If there happens to be anything found that might explain how Mike Brown might have been shot and kept advancing toward the officer, then the defense becomes even more believable. Unless someone is emotionally invested in an alternative narrative to the extent that one might ignore plain facts.

I'd just like to also touch on the speech patterns and language used by these citizens and realize they were reared in the US Public School System. This is germain to the killing of the thug.
