Which resource is becoming more valuable than oil in the Middle East?

Whether it's Bechtel's $100 billion "reconstruction" contract to source, process, and distribute water in Iraq or French control of Libya's Nubian Sandstone Aquifer or Israel's reliance on Golan Heights water, it's clear global capitalists and the governments they control view hydro-imperialism as a multi-billion $ revenue stream
