    It's a diplomatic organization. It's about the office, not the person. If you don't understand diplomacy, why should anyone pay any attention to you on foreign affairs? If you want them to be better actors in the future, it doesn't pay to slap them in the face at a time like this.

    That must be why most of the western leaders boycotted it then huh?
