Either most US porn comes from outside the US, or very few in the US abide by these restrictions. A lot of the subjects on the Cambria list are readily available. Afaik the only things that aren't are child pornography, beastiality, and fisting.

Possible exception might be the 'Max Hardcore' case where he was imprisoned for obscenity. Having seen some of his videos, I gotta say I tend to agree, they're obscene and disgusting.
