I have trained MMA. I trained with guys who fought in the UFC. There is nothing phony about it, dumb ass, and you'd get your ass whooped in five seconds flat.

I trained MMA at both Syndicate and Xtreme Couture until my back was destroyed. My back injury was mostly genetics. I WAS NOT in the pro classes and only a hobbyist

I would not call UFC phony - MMA is very real.

Unfortunately, it's just become a lot more hype than good product lately. I fell out of love with boxing for similar reasons. Now boxing is actually good again and UFC sucks.

UFC is super great at 135 and 155 now. Those 2 divisions are loaded
