Uber Meets Liberalism Uber Alles

As an ex-taxi driver, I've been quite curious about this. But, only after reading this article did I bother to go to Wiki @ Uber company - Wikipedia the free encyclopedia to find out exactly what it is. Having driver an old, creaky cab with sagging and cracked seats, I can understand why some customers prefer plush, clean cars that are convenient and available when needed.


Because I live in Las Vegas where cabbies are [in]famous for “long haulimg” through the airport tunnel, I can see why it is becoming quite popular here. I just wonder where they stage at the airport.

I once caught a lift to a pro football game from a guy on a frick'n giant tricycle with pedals.

That was the strangest cab ride I've ever gotten.
