Nguye...4 years private practice in civil litigation, 7 years as Assistant U.S. Attorney, 7 years as Superior Court of Los Angeles County Judge.
Louis Brandeis was a practicing lawyer from 1878-1916 when nominated.
Yeah, the is just the same as a guy that has never been in a courtroom and has spent less than 3 years as a lawyer.
