Never before has this been criminal.

Now, Democrats are criminalizing anything they don't like, and can be used against them. Burning the Republic down as they go.

It's not necessarily a criminal to try and persuade an elector to change votes or for a legislature or other official to use legal or constitutionally-valid means to win an election.

Trump and his co-conspirators committed acts of criminal fraud, so say numerous witnesses and even Trump himself on a recorded phone call. Lindsey Graham is lucky he's not being indicted with them.

It's kinda understandable...democrats are literally fighting for their lives!

They know they've committed treason by stealing the 2020 election. Why else would they have put up a fence around the capitol building?

Then many more cases of neck stretching treason trying to cover up the election theft.

Now it's seize total control or die.

When is the last time you heard a democrats mention the word "poor". They don't give a shit about the poor and they're not even trying to hide it.

WOW! Them was some pearls of wisdom right there!

It was almost as intelligible as "THAT'S DIFFERENT"!

Please regail us with more of your wisdom please!

I tried to in my follow-up post. What FL pubs tried to do back in 2000 is different. Provided that state legislatures follow their own laws, their own state constitutions, and the US constitution, state legislatures may have some power to influence elections that have yet to be decided.

Individuals acting on their own, making false statements and engaging in fraudulent activity in contravention of a state's laws, do not.

Big, big difference.
