Right there on their website. It's illegal to employ, interview, promote and so on based on numerous things including race. So that means hiring because they are black is breaking the law, just like if you hire someone because they are white.
Even if you don't say "I hired them because they are black" and instead praise your diversity then that's the exact same thing, you're putting people skin color first.
