Try this burger combo

    Burgers with barbeque meat on top are great, runny eggs on top-- ehhh not worth bothering, but this memorial day try a burger combo this way, you'll thank me later.
    THIN burger (garlic and onion powder salt pepper seasoned) char grilled crispy (pan fried allows to intensify flavor in it's juices), similarly crisp fry a slice of deli pepperoni (use vegan or turkey pepperoni if you keep kosher or halal) and place on top of nearly done burger to obsorb the spicey juices along with a mild cheddar cheese melted ontop, and while cooking the burger in the pepperoni grease. Just with ketchup on a toasted roll or add fried onions as well under the melted cheese. The crispy texture of the burger and pepperoni and intensified flavors make for a unique burger combo.

    Love the smash burger on the griddle.
    And you're right,there's something about a real thin patty cooked until the edges get crispy that just kicks ass.
    Toss on some cheese and be sure to make it a double patty.

    Love cooking on this thing!!! Makes a mean Philly Cheesesteak as well!

    Pulled pork and Onion rings on top of a burger are great!

    :( But Hardee's discontinued it.
