Trump's Genius Legal Strategy

So far from the small amount I read, it has been to insult the judge and everyone involved in the case. He always takes a different route I suppose.

LOL

Lionel is in awe. Lionel doesn't do awe. But he's in awe.

Fuckin' A. The guy nails it.

It may help him with those in the echo chamber, but the general is a different story. This commentator IS trying to be cute. He’s playing to the audience and I doubt believes any of it. He’s playing for the likes.

Mr Trump had one of the greatest legal mentors ever -- even though he was shit personified .
At the moment The Donald appears to be dancing but we have barely started .

We have seen that type of fifth rate commentary in Ukraine .
There they effectively invented battles ( equivalent of cases ) which turned out to be total BS -- the apparent move on Kyiv last year which was a complete feint , and the battle of Bakhmut which the Mad Midget was so convinced that he would win that he sacrificed at least 50 000 lives trying to prove his position . Let alone recently where deserted and flattened villages were reported as UAF captures .
And now of course we have seen that the Russians have obliterated the UAF , probably throughout .
Let's see if this analogy holds in terms of these absurd indictments .

Thats so the American folk will continue to see how ridiculous the charges are and how they violate the law, as they do anytime Dims are involved especially judges. The outcome of the kangaroo courts doesn't matter as eventually all this baloney gets overturned.....its showing America the total disrespect Dimtards have for the law.

It's genius. Probably why he lost every one of his election fraud cases
I sincerely applaud your use of irony. Still, the OP does have a point that up until now every court loss has served to make Magaworld more loyal to Trump. We could discuss why that happened, and I'm sure we'd have very diverging opinions depending on whether or not one is from Magaworld.

But, imo, the OP is useful in pointing out that Trump NEVER played by the same rules that even applied to "normal" grifters like Pelosi and McConnell. For example, I doubt it would work for them to complain about a federal judge having a latino ethnicity makes him inherently biased against them.

But that's not gonna work in this trial. His supporters can shout "unfair" all they want, but the evidence is simply not in dispute, and Trump's already been found guilty. He's not only going to get a haircut of more than 100 million, but curtain's been pulled back, and Trump's "massive fortune" is not so massive after all.

In short, he's going to face a consequence. It won't bankrupt him. His supporters may become more (fervent or unhinged, you pick). He never faced a consequence (yet) over his election fraud claims. But, we'll see.

And irony of ironies, I'd figure little Nikki has a decent shot of beating Biden.

I’m not worried about MAGAworld becoming more loyal to Trump, as long as it isn’t expanding. Every time he talks about RINOs the Trump electorate becomes smaller.

If Trump had not cheered on Jan 6, I might still have some empathy for Magaworld. Trump claims "there were no victims." And really, do we pay more interest on house loans and insurance after he defrauded lenders and tax collectors? I don't think so. Still, Trump has not shown anyone else is in his league of fraudsters. I mean those are some doozy lies he swore to on property values.

But the prosecution is not spotless. Trump is actually being convicted of decades of lies.

"At the end of the court proceeding Monday, Engoron hinted he may have concerns that the statute of limitations may have run out on some of the claims and asked the attorney general’s lawyers if they can link the evidence about Trump’s misrepresentations in 2011 to affecting lenders in 2014.

Deputy Attorney General Kevin Wallace assured the judge the link would be made."

WOULD TRUMP BE PROSECUTED FOR CRIMES NOW IF HE WEREN'T RUNNING FOR POTUS IN 24? They could have teed him up before 2016. So I'll admit that imo Trump is being prosecuted because he's running for Potus again.

He could have retired to Mar a lago and a bevy of paid sexual escorts. Made hundreds of millions selling trinkets to fools. But instead he chose to run again, while promising to use the institutions of justice to persecute his enemies. Magaworld complains of prosecutorial discretion with Hunter, but I'm pretty sure Javanka got a pass too. Prosecutors make the call as to when a probable crime causes as much harm to prosecute and the infraction itself. Trump dropped his free pass in the gutter outside the Capitol.
