Trump Was Irritated By Bernie Sanders’ Fox News Town Hall – Rolling Stone
So there is more fall-out over the Bernie town hall and Trump has every reason to be angry at the Fox News hosts. President Trump was right to call out Fox by tweeting Tuesday morning about how “weird” it was that “Crazy Bernie” appeared on his favorite network. “Not surprisingly, @BretBaier and the ‘audience’ was so smiley and nice,” Trump wrote.
President Trump was frustrated by how the Fox hosts never once challenged Bernie -- they just allowed him to lay out details to his plan and just went along with it, never once calling him a communist to his face or demand that he draft a Senate resolution to deport Ilhan Omar from America for terrorism -- you know, the important issues Americans face, not some silly healthcare BS -- To make it worse, FOX news acted like the Gestapo by banning all of the thousands of Trump supporters from entering the town hall...It's almost as if the Fox hosts were in the bag for Bernie.
Those hosts should have destroyed Bernie with facts, instead they asked the audience if they preferred their employer subsidized plans over crazy Bernie's Medicare For All plan; and the majority cheered for Bernie's plan-- I wonder why the Fox News hosts didn't ask the audience if they wanted Trump's plan over Bernie's plan? The overwhelming majority would have supported Trump's plan, hand's down -- which is why Trump's plan has always consistently polled at over 80% approval compared to Obamcare's 8% approval and Medicare For All's 4% approval.
Furthermore, why do the Republicans keep saying they want to keep parts of Obamacare? WTF? All of Obamacare is evil, there are no good parts to it -- stop saying you want to protect Americans with pre-existing conditions, stop saying that you want to allow people to stay on their parents' plan -- get rid of all of that and let the free markets decide what is best -- if there isn't a substantial enough profit motive to offer such protections, tough luck -- whoever dies from being denied based on pre-existing conditions can at least take pride in knowing they died for a greater good in my opinion -- capitalism -- just let the markets decide and be done with it -- if some people can't afford good coverage, maybe that is for the best -- call it, thinning out the herd of less successful people from our country.
If Bernie or anyone else dares to try to go against Trump on this one -- may god rest their souls....
