He successfully stole Garlands Supreme court seat, as well as countless federal judge positions by refusing to even address them when it was his job to do so. His willingness to ignore ethics has made him effective several times. No reason to believe he isn't working just as unethically to end SS, especially after his recent remarks.

In response to GOP complaints of how the Democrats in power were ramming what they wanted through with no concern for GOP input / opposition Obama responded by saying, 'I won' and 'If you want something different then win some elections'.

Democrats feel differently when the shoe is on the other foot. When they are in power they believe they should get what they want. When they are in the minority they believe they should get what they want.
