Let's just say, for the sake of debate, that Iran did all of the above things to the US. Would the US have any reason to trust Iran?

Well, you obviously have no issue with any nation, including the US, performing military coups, shooting down civilian airliners, surrounding nations with dozens of military bases, destroying multiple nation's economies with sanctions while their populations starve.
Those are ALL forms of terrorism.
