Of course they wouldn't! They wait for the last minute to screw upthe Republicans! Use some common sense girl. Trump did pursue it half heartedly, it never got to a court that really counted, all lower courts that were afraid to ROCK THE BOAT, as most feckless judges are!

There is a possibility they would have waited for him to be the candidate, but Trump wouldn't have that luxury, since he had to beat him in the primaries. He'd have gone full force with it when he fell behind the first time.

I think you are wrong, Trump would have played it as FAIR as he could have IF TED didn't go behind his back with the delegates....which looking back now was a stupid and fruitless maneuver! Actually, what Ted Cruz was doing was completely legal, and followed a roughly 150 year old rule. Yes, he did win, you are correct, so the Trump voters may as well admit that it was completely fair, since Trump could have done the same legal maneuver and just didn't... because he didn't read the rules. Furthermore, taking his citizenship to court would have also been fair, since he'd have been breaking the rules by entering the race illegally.

You're not wrong, he does play by his own rules, but from his reaction, he clearly wasn't aware that the rules allowed what Ted Cruz was doing until after it happened for some time. I would definitely say that every move is carefully calculated, but genius isn't a word I'd use to describe him.

You're a Donald Trump supporter, I don't really expect you to have anything good to say about Ted Cruz. I would like to point out, though, that he didn't say WHEN he'd support the nominee. A little quick to the trigger there, ace.

Interesting that Carson, Santurum, Huckabee, Paul, Christie, and a few other CANDIDATES have already done so! I WAS a big TED supporter, His GOD message turned off millions that weren't into GOD (That didn't turn me off, but made me realize that he had NO SHOT in the general!) and insteadof riding the Trump train, where he could have ended up being AG or on SCOTUS, his EGO got in his way....Now his ego in NOTHING compared to Trumps, BUT Trump has proven his EGO is a big part of what has gotten him here, and why so many LOVE his brashness, and NO APOLOGY'S! Nice to see a man that can TALK TO THE PEOPLE without all the flourishes of a polished SHYSTER!
