I guess this makes sense. If she lost the first case then maybe he could counter sue her but she was proven right in a court of law.

I was watching a movie with Matt Damon, Adam Driver and even Ben Affleck was in it. Not horrible. In the movie they tell the woman, "warning ma lady. If your husband looses the duel then you will be whipped within an inch of your life then burned alive and it takes about 20 minutes to die from that". Are you sure he raped you? LOL. I remember Republicans in the 2000's and 2010's saying liberal judges are legislating from the bench. No they weren't. The Supreme Court leaned right back then.

But since Trump added 3 more conservative nuts to the court, it is now legislating from the bench. We can vote out Republicans for their decisions but those Trump appointments will probably be in place till I die and I'm 52. A generation of right wing judges legislating from the bench.
