On Rasmussen*---rated as one of the only reliable polls from the 11/16 Election. (The Donald is WAY, WAY ahead in the same poll of that turd Obama at the same time in their terms.)

His rating has going up every day that Socialist Cocksuckers (Democrats) have done everything possible to undermine the Supreme Court nomination of one of the most qualified judges ever nominated. (Hint to Bolsheviks: Try some other Stalinist Horseshit Lies.)
____
*Rasmussen, by the way, polls "likely voters" which means California's Horde of Welfare Plantation Illegal Aliens don't get counted---as occurs with the polls run by the Fake Media.

Thanks DemNazis

Special thanks to Diane Feinstein and Certified Perjurer Blasey Ford.

Stanford should fire her btw.

Lol knew it would be Rasmussen

Re: thread title

Rasmussen has had Trump's approval rating steady at or near 50% for a long time, so it's probably worth mentioning there's not much of a new trend here. They've consistently polled a higher approval rating than other pollsters (image for Rasmussen only; n.b. I can't post links yet :p)

Polls should only be important to progressives. They don't care about history or critical appllication. They only care about emotions, and polls represent emotions.

polls represent emotions.

It seems to me that polls probably capture more than emotions. A given individual's assessment of Trump's job performance may very often depend on that individual's political ideology, policy preferences, and even some objective understanding of their own life situation, i.e. you might expect approval numbers to go up if more people perceive themselves to be economically better off. There's an emotional component to all of that, but it's not all emotion unless you think the people who respond to the polls make these assessments purely emotionally, which seems unlikely.

I'm not sure polls ought to be that important to anyone -- even more so any individual poll vs. some aggregate. But they are somewhat useful and occasionally interesting measures of public opinion. The funny thing, to me, is that they are mostly useful by way of providing context to historical assessments, or in other critical applications, where you're more interested in knowing just what happened rather than what should happen.

Lol....Rasmussen the only poll that NAILED the last two presidential elections. Of course the left hates Rasmussen!:113::eusa_dance::eusa_dance::eusa_dance:

I bet Fox has Trump over 60%

yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

from rasmussen

The latest figures include 37% who Strongly Approve of the way Trump is performing and 40% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -3. (see trends).

On the 4th of October in 2010, Obama had a 48 percent approval rating on the Rasmussen poll: Obama Approval Index History - Rasmussen Reports®

So two points is your idea of "WAY, WAY ahead". That's your benchmark.

I will keep that in mind.

O'rly?

Going Out on a Limb: Romney Beats Obama, Handily - Rasmussen Reports®

FINAL RASMUSSEN POLL: Mitt Romney Leads Obama By 1

The final edition of the Rasmussen Reports tracking poll out this morning puts Republican Mitt Romney up a single point on President Barack Obama on Election Day. Romney leads Obama 49 percent to 48 percent, results that are unchanged from Monday.

Let's see now. Rasmussen had Romney up by one point over Obama for the 2012 election. They predicted Romney would "handily" beat Obama.

This is skookerasbil's idea of "NAILED it".

According to Macauley, two points is "WAY, WAY ahead".

So one point must mean Romney was "WAY ahead" of Obama.

FiveThirtyEight shows Rasmussen's Races Called Correctly at 78% which gives them a C+ rating. There are many pollsters, that have been more accurate.
Pollster Ratings

And then there's RealClearPolitics average of all polls currently at 43.8 approve of Trump and 53% disapprove.

The Trumpsters worship an inferior pollster, because like Fox News, it gives them the news the way they want it. This habit contributes to enhance their fantasy view of the world.
What the hell is wrong with dealing with the world of reality, I ask them?
