Los Angeles Times claims that Trump has finally done it(?)! Probably he is even "Way Over The Top!" The Republicans have a filth-peddler at the top of the ticket, easily soon to be compared with the others, claiming GOP. Thanks to the Inspector General's report of the U. S. State Department email fiascos, millions can now even be heard to say it: "But the Bitch is Even Running for President!"

The IG report of all the private email server uses, going back several Administrations, tends to support a basic concept in U. S. history. Where there is no enforcement, then there is no broken law. That is common in U. S. National history.

In Oregon, for example, self-serve gas stations are technically illegal. It is against the law to pump your own gasoline. In Waynesboro, VA, "It's illegal for a woman to drive a car up Main St. unless her husband is walking in front of the car waving a red flag." Those kinds of laws were common during the years of invasions of the automobile drivers. "Red Flag" safety laws were not confined to oversized loads. Rockets have to be set off in Pennsylvania, if vehicles are approaching animals. That's the law, not enforced. It doesn't exist, as a practical matter. Pennsylvania is of Quaker, practical origins: Like the United States.

The Democrats have a history of Civil Rights Movement support. Laws were on the books, and enforced as a practical, way of life matter. There was changing policy at State, not enforced even now as a practical matter.

So under law noted above, if Secretary Clinton is charged in Oregon--for using a self-service pump: Millions would note the discriminatory, Selective Enforcement. If Secretary Clinton is pilloried for practicing the common art of private email use, and in government matters--and excluding classified-marked material: Then Sexist Discrimination is clearly at the heart of the matter. Many will say that the bitch is even running for President. Even Republicans can ask themselves about that! Donald Trump seems to already know all about it!

So following the IG report to Congress, Now the Federal landscape for 2017 is easily, entirely one party, Democrat. All of sudden only one person's use of a private email server is alleged to be an indictable offense. Cars on the other hand, deserve at least a Constitutional protection, and the Five Star, and all the others. Maybe they are all Republicans(?). Clinton is not considered meriting equal protection of the law, including those never so far enforced, common and public knowledge.

The Republicans will be trying to create a policy environment conducive to Trump campaign and White House. The Selective Law Enforcement, and Discriminatory agenda: Are already under way, and shown in the IG report to the Congress.

No enforcement, suddenly Selective Enforcement: Works against the entire Republican, National Campaign, from top to bottom.
