Prior to the show, the Academy Brass put out a statement that they wanted it to be apolitical and about the movies. Kimmel got the memo and kept his monologue largely apolitical with only a general touching on the subject.

But Trump, ever the master, goaded Kimmel into making Trump the topic of the evening. And Trump is whom everybody is talking about. Nothing about the movies. lol.

Are we? Let's analyse that. Unions scored big for the middle class. My VP brother said unions just bought the middle class 10-20 years, before automation and AI take over.

We are having less kids. Good for the environment and now you only have to focus on making sure your 1 or 2 kids is successful in life. Don't have 4 kids. Too expensive plus the planet doesn't need them.

In the meantime we have plenty of cheap labor lined up at the border to do jobs Americans won't do.

In the 2000's I posted an article that explained how millions of Americans in their 30's, 40's and 50's would NEVER make what they made when they worked for a good unionized company. NEVER agan. That was 25 years ago. Those people are 55-75 years old now. It was a struggle making it to social security age for them.

But during Covid the Great Resignation happened. Millions of CEO's, VP's and executives quit. Retired. In their 50's. They have more than enough money to retire. Fucking boomers! LOL. Don't worry about them. YOU need to go get their job. Or go find another job if you aren't happy with yours.

We just need corporations and the rich to start paying their fair share of taxes like before Reagan got into office. Remember Clinton had a projected surplus but then Bush fucked that up with tax breaks to the rich and corporations and starting 2 wars.

First off, Democrat presidents never face ridicule from comedians. They're given a pass. The gaffe-a-minute Alzheimer's patient currently in the WH should be easy fodder for Kimmel, but he doesn't lay a glove on him. So the reality is ONLY Republicans get hammered by comedians like this. So you think it's "unpresidential" for a GOP candidate to respond or fight back. I'll remind you George W. Bush was the exact model you're looking for. Very "presidential" in that he didn't respond to the relentless attacks against him by the left. The result? Bush got BURIED in the polls.

Yeah, so Trump is too smart to allow that to happen to him, and so he fights back, and wins, yet you don't think he should be allowed to fight back.

Secondly, the election was clearly and obviously stolen. The popular and highly successful President Trump got 75 million votes, by far a record. Then you're asking us to believe the worst candidate in 100 years who never even campaigned got far more than that despite his party losing seats which has never happened in US history. I applaud Trump for challenging the stolen election. I wouldn't expect any less.
