Trump bragged and bragged about what a great job he and his administration did in Puerto Rico. Problem is, it wasn't a great job. It was and is pure incompetence.
First they hireda tiny two bit electrical company to fix Puerto Rico's power grid, the problem was Whitefish Energy Holdings had a total of two employees and they were awarded a $300 million contract.
Now today, we learned of another botched decision. Tribute Contracting,, who was awarded a nearly $156 million contract to a one-person company that delivered just 50,000 of the expected 30 million meals. The company has had previous much smaller government contracts that that it failed to do the job. But that didn't matter.
