That didn't work, however, in 2016. And now, conservatives and moderate Republicans are uniting forces with their President.

Last night's speech by Ted Cruz shows they have buried the hatchet. And Ultramoderate Lindsey Graham did outstanding work in the Kav hearings to back his president too.

I've got to tell you that the dynamic on the ground isn't exactly the same as what might be extrapolated from print or punditry. It would be a stretch to even say that Scott's 'challengers' even warrant that designation. Keith Stern runs a fruit & vegetable business in a building that's about 15' x 20' of sales space & is a complete moron on many issues including the 2A. I talked to him for a while before he had his 'campaign advisor' come over to answer questions that he wasn't sure about. Christine the TS gets a token vote from the sizeable 'rainbow subset' but even in VT it's a relatively small percentage. There is no gubernatorial race, challenge or squaring off in the state of VT, lol. (it's not about being TS, Scott is just popular)
