Alabama and West Virginia to get the largest investments. Too bad they’re both state Trump already can count on.

The Japanese auto maker said the spending would go toward adding production of two new hybrid vehicles in the U.S. and expanding plants that build engines, axles and other vehicle components. The additional investment is projected to create 600 new jobs. President Trump praised Toyota’s plans in a tweet—“BIG NEWS for U.S. Auto Workers!”—and said the investment was evidence that a trade agreement hammered out last year between the U.S., Canada and Mexico is fixing what he described as a “broken NAFTA deal.”

Oh, on any micro sense, its good news.

Its just funny coming from a MAGA party worshiper though that being the cheap labor for our creditors is your thing so I'm going to keep this conversation going for as long as possible.

So yeah, MAGA! Go buy a Budweiser in an attempt to send some of your money to InBev lol.

Sorry if I'm making you angry. Keep it under control.

But yeah, the silver lining is less money from every Budwieser you buy goes overseas to support the nation of InBEV than if you bought an imported beer.

So buying an American made Toyota is LESS BAD.

Go 'merica.

Admit it, Toronado...Trump's reworking of the NAFTA accord and his use of tariffs has worked to the advantage of US workers but burns your ass because you don't want anything he does to succeed!

Oh, there are posts on here where I said is 5% or 10% better. NAFTA is now better. The North Korea thing is a success, at least we can call them now.

So much for free trade and no talks w/o preconditions, them Republican talking points of the last decade, you remember?

Are we still talking about working for our foreign owners? Shipping some percentage of every Busch beer you buy out to fund their SpaceForce?

In some other company's case that would be true, not Bush's. I'm pretty familiar with them, the anti-flood plain development brother, the drugged up helicopter pilot and all.

But yeah, great, America, going out of business and for sale to foreigners! Go Wall!

The American economy is in better shape than almost any other economy in the world. Why do you claim we're "going out of business"? Because foreign corporations have decided this is a good place to invest? Does that make any sense to you at all?

Cool. Now I've noticed a shift in the Republican Party myself. Go legalized pot, huh.

Its the hypocrites who were calling themselves conservatives who suddenly became Trump supporters that get me. For the purposes of this point, Donald could be right about everything but he certainly isn't a conservative.

Quit defending Obama there. No one is saying there isn't money to be made in America. Ask the pot industry. Hell, England is a dead empire and there is money to be made there.

Sending our cheap labor to work for our Japanese overlords exporting profits back to Japan just isn't a sign of success to brag about. Its a step backwards from where we were.

But hey, maybe we can shoot for banana republic status.
