Final memorial in Shanksville, PA to the passengers and crew of Flight 93, called the Tower of Voices. It is 93 feet tall to remember Flight 93, and there will be 40 sets of wind chimes, to represent the voices of the 40 who died. This is what they will sound like once they are all installed:

My only question is, how do they plan on the wind blowing one chime at a time, as in the simulation? Aren't they more likely to all be ringing at once?
Very cool idea, though, and it sounds just about right for a memorial like this.
