U.S. sending two warships to Japan to counter North Korea - CBS News

In unusually forceful remarks about China, Hagel drew a direct line between Russia's takeover of Ukraine's Crimea region and the ongoing territorial disputes between China, Japan and others over remote islands in the East China Sea.

"I think we're seeing some clear evidence of a lack of respect and intimidation and coercion in Europe today with what the Russians have done with Ukraine," Hagel told reporters after a meeting with Japanese Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera. "We must be very careful and we must be very clear, all nations of the world, that in the 21st century this will not stand, you cannot go around the world and redefine boundaries and violate territorial integrity and sovereignty of nations by force, coercion and intimidation whether it's in small islands in the Pacific or large nations in Europe."

Couple of things.

China and Russia have been planning this expansion ever since the fake "defeat of the USSR" in the 1980s...and before.. The "bird with the broken wing" trick has been working beautifully for Russia as she has baited us into conflict after conflict via surrogates in the ME and watched with a gleeful smile as we further bled our Treasury in Afghanistan.

In a bullfight, when a puny matador faces off with a raging/charging bull he has a very keen advantage when he waves that red cape around...distraction...and while the bull is distracted, it hardly feels each one of those knives tactfully being inserted in its neck to bleed it slowly as the dance goes on. The final gaff will come easily for the matador, as the bull then staggering from weakness and still trying to fight every little wave of that red cape, falls to its knees with the final blow..

Ole!

Russia and China have zero intentions of considering diplomacy or tact at this stage in the bullfight. If you think they're going to abandon the bullfight at this stage of the game, think again.

There is still time to recover. If the bull retreats and jumps over a fence and takes refuge in the wild, it may build its blood stores up again.

Red capes:

1. Iraq

2. Afghanistan

3. Iran

4. Ukraine

5. North Korea

6. [fill in the blank]

7. [I hear Venezuela's acting up again too..lol..]
