I'll bet that all of these cities have been run by Democrats for decades. Minorities aren't the issue. The issue is the Prog Policies which keep people ignorant and dependent on the government while bloating up the bureaucracy that feeds off of them. The same pathological behaviors among poor, uneducated, broken family minorities are spreading throughout lower class whites.
