I live in the UK and thank to our fantastic multi cultural society we make and eat a lot of restaurant style Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi dishes.
Restaurant or batch cooking style is different to Traditional home cooking because no customer will wait 2hrs for a simple mutton dhansak or korma.
