First let me say I'm a salt lover,and I have a liking for truffles.
Sabatino Tartufi has combined the two,and man is it good!!
I thought for sure the salt would overwhelm the truffle,and I was skeptical about paying thirteen bucks for 4oz. salt,but I'm sure glad I did.

Now I just need to come up with something to put it on. Popcorn maybe,unsalted Pistachio's,eggs?
Found it in H.E.B today while picking up a brisket. I'll be checking out some of their other products for sure.
