In the past few weeks, it has come to my personal attention that one cable or satellite company after another has been quietly moving MSNBC away from the news channel section of their lineup and into the premium section, or into the stratosphere of three and four digit channels.

As a result, when the ratings came out this week, it was no surprise to see how MSNBC is now a distant third behind CNN and FOX.

Then there's the roughly present day evidence of the CBS News/Dan Rather/Mary Mapes attempted hit piece against GWB in September, 2004. 'Greetings! Here's your October surprise from CBS News and the LeftMedia'. And absolutely who can forget the journolist in 2008, that elite group of 400 journalists and writers on a listserve that called themselves the "Unofficial campaign to elect Barack Hussein Obama", who, when questions arose about the young orators twenty year relationship with the anti American Reverend Jeremiah "Its not God bless America! Its God d@mn America!" Wright, the folks on the listserve colluding amongst themselves on how best to deflect the criticism re Reverend Wright and decided to start a campaign hinting at John McCain's alleged 'racism', or when Senator McCain nominated Sarah Palin for his vice Presidential running mate as "Senator McCain's suffering from an overdose of Viagra"
Actually we're talking Grand Canyon size being in the tank depths here.

Both Fox and MSNBC (as well as CNN) are part of the expanded cable for which we have to pay extra. Basic cable has been whittled down to just the Major networks, local stations, and public funded ones.

Well, let's be perfectly honest, Olbermann was the voice of Bush Derangement Syndrome. Once Bush went off to enjoy retirement, was was Olbermann's purpose again?

This really is more art than science. Limbaugh has been a success for 20 years because he connects with his audience on a personal level. Olbermann was a train wreck who fixated on one thing, a chihuahua nipping at the heals of a pit bull.
