huh? excuse me, not to be rude, but what the fk are you talking about? So you prefer an unconstitutional and unaccountable police.
Ok. Let’s slow it down for you. If someone tried to ban all firearms we would argue that it was a violation of the Second Amendment. An Unconstitutional action.
Now. When a cop or the courts ignore a request for a Lawyer. It is a Constitutional violation. It is Unconstitutional. The same cops who lie to get evidence from an illegal search admitted are acting Unconstitutionally.
When the cops argue that they have to stop and frisk Black Men because they are more likely to be criminal it violates the Constitution. The right to be secure in your person and papers. The right to be entitled to all the rights of every other citizen.
When a cop lies that is the same thing that we lost as criminal activity for others. It is called Perjury. It is a crime in every single State of this Union. Yet we do not hold the police accountable do we? We wink at it. We sweep it under the rug. We say that it was a well intentioned mistake.
All authority of the Government, all Governments of this nation is derived from the Constitution. The limits placed on those Governments is because we rebelled against an authoritarian regime with the idea that might makes right. We wanted to limit that Government.
So when the Agents of that Government violate the Constitution we are all victims. Even if we don’t know the guy. Or it wasn’t us. We were all subject to the same victimization if we do not hold those accountable.
Either the Constitution applies to us all or it applies to none of us. We must. Let me repeat that. We must demand that the agents of the Government. We must demand accountability. If we ignore it because we think “They” deserve it then we will be next and we will be the They.
