I wonder how many of the women Donald gawked at in teen beauty pageants would stick up for him? how about the child molester? are the young girls he couldn't keep his hands off of standing up for him? No? didn't think so.... but the women who worked with Al sure are.

Three dozen women who worked with Sen. Al Franken on the set of "Saturday Night Live" signed a statement pledging their support for the comedian-turned-politician, who was accused last week of sexual harassment.

The letter was signed by 36 women who worked on the show in some capacity during Franken's two tenures, from 1977-1980 and 1988-1995. Most were production and crew members, save for cast members Jane Curtin and Laraine Newman.

We feel compelled to stand up for Al Franken, whom we have all had the pleasure of working with over the years on 'Saturday Night Live,'" the statement read.

"What Al did was stupid and foolish, and we think it was appropriate for him to apologize to Ms. Tweeden, and to the public. In our experience, we know Al as a devoted and dedicated family man, a wonderful comedic performer, and an honorable public servant. That is why we are moved to quickly and directly affirm that after years of working with him, we would like to acknowledge that not one of us ever experienced any inappropriate behavior; and mention our sincere appreciation that he treated each of us with the utmost respect and regard."

Release the Franken!

Stay in the Senate, Al

why wouldn't he? even the woman who complained says he shouldn't resign and she doesn't want a hearing for a stupid picture.

why do we need to keep telling you this, Frankie?

now feel free to go support the orange sexual predator and the child molester roy moore.

Stockholm Syndrome.

i read an article last night by some woman opining how those women's accounts were meaningless but i also disagree. thank you, jillian!

creeps have creepy patterns of behavior...

al franken behaved badly in a certain situation where other loose behavior was going on and he got caught up in bad judgement.

many many credible rational women who have worked closely with al franken have vouched for his verifiable pattern of appropriate and professional behavior in their presence.

guys like al are simply not in the same league as trump, roy moore, weinstein, CK, etc...

the relevant creep factor is not even close!

Stockholm Syndrome.

the article wasn't about melania trump, dearie.

Wow. He apologized, so it's all good! Besides, he's not as creepy as other gropers!

I love how the democrats / snowflakes continue to put 100% hypocrisy on display by protecting and defending their sexual predators.

I posted a link to a poll earlier showing LESS THAN 1 in 4 constituents in Minn want Franken to remain in office...but the same democrats who were saying days ago that Franken should step down - when they did not think the pressure would be high enough for it to possibly happen - are the same ones defending him, flip-flopping and defending him now, calling for him to remain in office.

The same Libs calling for Moore's head are now the same ones defending Conyers, who not only sexually harassed women but used tax dollars to silence them.

As I said, the hypocrisy on display is superb.

:p

here is an interesting clip of the scene at that USO event where tweeden and franken performed for the troops.

That is where he has learn that it is okay to sexual assault women. They all during break time, screwing each other without any consent. And so he thinks that he can do that outside of the SNL studio. because of they are some nasty heifers that cheats on their spouse at SNL. That it doesn't means that all women are like them. And so he is gonna have to learn that he just cannot attack any women he sees. But first he must step down before he abuses his authority again.

context, right guys?

musical performances and comedy skits...

temporary bad judgment vs patterns of predatory behavior.

BTW, Conyers sexually harassed / assaulted several women and paid them off with tax dollars.....Franken groped a sleeping woman, she had to fight him off in a sexual assault that started out 'innocently', and a 2nd victim has come forward now....but snowflakes / Liberals are defending him and saying they should not step down....

...but you just wait - snowflakes are going to be all over THIS guy / GOP rep, demanding he be removed from office / he step down after a 'lewd photo / text' has surfaced:

Republican Rep. Joe Barton apologizes after lewd photo surfaces

Turns out the guy committed 'adultery' while separated from his 2nd wife, prior to his divorce.

Back in the day snowflakes defended Bill Clinton's adultery, declaring his personal sex life was his own business and far from anything for which he should be removed from office. Funny how, I predict, snowflakes will change their minds and claim he should be removed from office - or even just publicly condemned - for this.

;p

So does 3 dozen - or even 40 dozen - female colleagues defend Franken's 'moral and ethical qualities / behavior', in their opinion / experience, does that mean you just discount / ignore the women / victims who have come forward against him?

She had found him to be attractive. But the toothless serpent Al Franken, that she did not wanted him touching on her. She has that right to choose whom she wants touching on her. And I see that the male singer didn't stumbled on his words to the song when she has done that. She loved when he touched her, and the same for him. But that toothless serpent Al, just needs to stop searching for another mate. He had already has driven his wife into drinking heavily because of him not being satisfied with her.
