he said the difference between Romneycare and Obamacare was that his, at the state level was constitutional...well, that's not true....the fed is constitutional.

His Romneycare had a penalty for not buying in to insurance as well...so Romney supported what you all are calling a tax increase.

On top of that, Romney argued before the people of Massachusetts that it was ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to have the mandate and penalty(tax) in order for Romneycare to work...

He also said that ALL PEOPLE need to own up to their responsibility and purchase health care coverage....he called it their responsibility and fined the ones who did not participate....
