The Democrats passed the ACA which the Republicans and Democrats can't agree how to fix. Until both parties agree to let both sides pick and fund the plans of their choice, we're all [STUCK]!

It's more the Dems fault, and less the GOP; but if they don't agree to open up the choice to taxpayers to pick which plan to fund, instead of trying to enforce one plan for the whole nation without a choice , then it WILL be equally the fault of the GOP side for not changing the ACA mandates to optional.
