The Virus may be a good thing because I won’t have to shake hands with these disgusting people....Republican Olivia Troye on Trump.

"When we were in a task force meeting, the president said, 'Maybe this COVID thing is a good thing. I don't like shaking hands with people. I don't have to shake hands with these disgusting people.' Those disgusting people are the same people that he claims to care about, these are the people still going to his rallies today who have complete faith in who he is," Troye said in the video released by "Republican Voters Against Trump."

"If the president had taken this virus seriously, or if he had actually made an effort to tell how serious it was, he would have slowed the virus spread, he would have saved lives," she added.

A rather shocking statement, coming from a "candidate", related to a government "policy", regarding the most urgent issue in the country now. I wonder what Trump supporters on the board the board think, now that they know how their "candidate" really thinks about them.

Well, at least we know he is capable of telling the truth. That's new.

If you have to depend on supposed “Republicans against Trump”, then you guys are in real trouble. A bunch of globalist pigs that want to go back to the Bush-Clinton-Hussein days of starting new wars.

Ever hear of the Lincoln Project??

I'll give Olivia credit for going on the record with her allegation, which I'm sure the overwhelming majority of TRUMP supporters will put in the "no one cares" file...

Sad to say but I suspect that Trumpers are like abused spouses. The more Trump puts them down like calling them "disgusting", the more they think they deserve it. Trump has made it perfectly clear what he really thinks of his supporters.

If the morons didn't care about Trump calling dead hero soldiers losers and suckers NOTHING will penetrate their thick heads.

More fake news from the liars.
The list of people who have either quit or been fired is quite long now. But he only "hires the best people".
Proof once again that even the best in Washington is SLIM PICKINGS. Now you know why the country has been fucked up for a very long time.
Trump knew he was out of his depth when he won, so he DID get good people. But then when they would say things he didn't want to hear, they were gone. It's that simple. If you don't suck Trump cock, you don't get to the keep the job. Only sycophants need apply.
Your obsession with Trump's junk aside.............if people don't perform, or actively work against him, he fires them. It's called accountability. Something Dimwinger losers like you know nothing about.
Trump seems to be one of those nightmare bosses who holds everyone accountable, except himself. When an organization has that high a turnover it usually isn't the fault of the workers, but rather, incompetent leadership.

Sounds like you have a lot of personal experience with "nightmare bosses" who hold you accountable and fire you!

Sounds like you don't have a decent response to my post, so you post irrelevant sh*t. My situation, whether you're right or wrong, has no bearing at all on Trump's myriad deficiencies as a boss.

It's a GREAT response, just one you don't like because it strikes a nerve close at home. Having been a "boss," I know there is no such thing as "nightmare bosses," only bosses you don't get along with because you can't live up to their standards! And obviously, you live up to few people's standards, perhaps going all the way back to early childhood experiences?

Bosses aren't there to be easy, bosses aren't there to be nightmare's, they are there to direct others toward a satisfactory goal.

Let's get ONE THING straight, Komrad, Trump is in charge and right or wrong, you either meet HIS expectations or you're out. He sets the standards, he calls the shots and it isn't his need to take blame for your mistakes or failings to meet his expectations. You serve at his pleasure, and you either cut the mustard or he'll find someone who can. Bosses are bosses because they are there to ensure a certain standard or goal whether his or someone else's, not YOURS, buttcake.

And the number of turnovers doesn't indicate a thing, certainly not some failing of the boss. Indeed, it may be a failing of a supervisor who sets such low standards that everyone always meets them that he never has any turnover, whereas, a boss with a high turnover may indeed be doing so not because he's a "nightmare" but because he actually sets a standard that few can reach.

Frankly, I like the idea that Trump has a hard time finding people who perform to his satisfaction over a president who does not. Unlike Obama, Trump is used to the real world where people actually had to meet deadlines and payrolls rather than take two hour lunches on the taxpayer's dime.

Sorry Toob but your post made me laugh out loud. Meet Trump's expectations????:badgrin: What are his expectations exactly? That you will lie for him. That you will sell your soul and support his every idiocy like Bill Barr. Nah..the real patriots are the ones leaving and speaking out on Trump's malignancy.

I know this may be an alien concept to you, but some people put country and Constitution before party and a rogue leader.

A former aide to Vice President Pence, Olivia Troye, will vote for Democratic nominee Joe Biden in the November election because of President Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

Troye claimed that the president said during one coronavirus task force meeting that the virus may be a "good thing" because he would no longer have to shake hands with "these disgusting people”.

These “disgusting people“ Trump was ostensibly referring to were his own supporters. Now we know how Trump feels about our fallen soldiers and his own supporters.

Troye also said Americans died because Trump was more concerned about his re-election than dealing with the virus.

Olivia didn't need to tell me that he hates his supporters and finds them disgusting. We've known that for quite some time!

45% of Queers are voting for Trump so I don't think he's all that worried about some dipshit RINO.

I'm not buying into that poll. Trump is as likely to get 45% of the LGBTQ vote as he is to get 45% of the black vote. Ain't gonna happen.

From your link:

Recent polling also suggests that most LGBTQ voters will oppose Trump. A June 2020 poll of more than 30,000 registered voters conducted by the technology company Morning Consult found that 53 percent of LGBTQ-identified voters favored Biden and only 20 percent favored Trump.

Sorry Toob but your post made me laugh out loud. Meet Trump's expectations???? What are his expectations exactly?
Why would you ASK ME, cabbagebrain? You think I work on his payroll or something? You been smoking your law books again? I know what you know: that Trump is trying to clean up Washington best as possible that it actually runs more like a business with deadlines, efficiency, and less waste.

That you will lie for him. That you will sell your soul and support his every idiocy like Bill Barr.
Sorry, Slaw, I lie for no one. I actually have a bit of a concern over the recent leaving of this person under Pence who was part of the Corona task force as it raises a number of questions!

I know this may be an alien concept to you, but some people put country and Constitution before party and a rogue leader.
That leaves out all Democrats. If there is one thing we know about them, it is that everything comes down to party and winning. The Constitution plays no role in it, not for Democrats, and after Barry, Hillary and now Joe, you have no room to be casting aspersions.

My use of the pronoun "you" was not referring to you, Toob, but to Trump appointees in general. Sorry, I thought the context was clear.
