1. Oscar Wilde is noted for coining this apt description of life:
There are only two tragedies in life: one is not getting what one wants, and the other is getting it.
2. Liberals absorbed the first tragedy.....not getting what they wanted....the coronation of Hillary Clinton. The result has been embroiling the nation in the Mueller farrago, over-reacting to a political loss by pretending to be Robespierre, Diderot, and Rousseau, and demanding the heads of their enemies.
3. Difficult to see from close up, is the effect of the second tragedy.....getting what they want.
Liberals/Democrats rule California.
"Both chambers of the California legislature have been dominated by the Democratic Party since 1959 except in 1969 to 1971 when the Republican Party held both chambers and from 1994 to 1996, when Republicans briefly held a majority in the Assembly."

4. Having no sense of either American traditions, nor of the sort of moderation that comes with our values, the absolute control that Liberals have in California is leading to 'tragedy' writ large.
Never having learned from the errors that led to the Civil War....one of their making.... the Democrats seem copacetic with another war based secession: Sanctuary Cities.
5. But even within the state itself, California's citizens are faced with unsustainable debt....
"California’s $400 billion debt worries analysts" California’s $400 billion debt worries analysts
....and serious quality of life issues-
If the Liberal trajectory continues, this is peek into the future: San Francisco produces maps so that people can avoid human feces and used needles on the streets:
Map of human poop reports in SF over the years (and needles and encampments) • r/sanfrancisco
Take note of the animation: getting worse and worse.
One of the comments:
“It looks like the jump from 2015 to 2016 across all graphs was much greater than from 2011 to 2013, suggesting the problem is is worsening at an exponential rate, or perhaps logarithmic if you think there will be an equilibrium.”

One can only hope that voters wake up to the dangers of unbridled Liberalism before it is too late.
