Ya know, I tend to think you're a jerk and emotionally unbalanced. But you are straight on with this one. Anyone who believes the gov't that says "oh no we won't save any of these" has a screw loose. Gov't never throws anything away. Never. Those images will be stored forever. Some of them probably sold on the internet by disgruntled employees.

They look like training photos. They have images for the training of new operators. Notice how every image had a concealed item.

Look at the pictures again. These are test pictures, used for training purposes. Notice the corresponding squares showing what appears to be concealed weapons. Of course if one has never been exposed to this kind of training one wouldn't recognize it for what it was.
Someone is either playing a joke or presenting this as "proof of lying" under false pretenses.
